Ecobuild South-East Asia Conference & Expo

12th April 2017

We were delighted that our Paul Greenwood provided a presentation, entitled ‘Creating Value Through International Collaboration - A Framework for Working Together in New Markets’.

The presentation raised the issues of market entry and the global success/failure of JVs and alliance, then explored collaboration and the ISO 44001 model.

The presentation proved to be timely, with the Minister of Works commenting on the export performance of Malaysian developers and contractors, and the Chief Executive of the Construction Industry Development Board commenting on the need for contractors to forge JVs in order to be able to undertake major infrastructure projects in the Region.

We were pleased that we had caught the mood of the occaision; this was reinforced by robust topical questions on collaboration as a discipline and on the the use of the new International Standard.
