We recognise that you will not need us all of the time, so we work with you to define exactly what you need and when you need it. We are happy to discuss how close you wish us to work with you - from arms-length advisor to total immersion. We package our services so that you are able to obtain the best value from them; this may be a brief individual service contract, a flexible call-off contract, or perhaps a part-time interim management arrangement. Staff
Our core management consultancy services are currently provided through teams led by our Managing Director, Paul Greenwood. We also work with specialist consultants, for example, in the fields of systems analysis, HR, branding and communications, in order to provide you with a seamless service.
