Managing Director

Paul is the Managing Director of Greenwood Consultants.  He is a change agent, management consultant and engineer, with over thirty years’ experience of the leadership, management and provision of: strategy development, organisation design/restructuring, operations and process management, management systems and training services. These services have been provided to the Directors and senior managers of leading construction, housing and innovative service businesses, and to complex time-critical major projects, internationally.

Paul's qualifications include a masters degree in business administration.  He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, the Chartered Quality Institute and the Institute for Collaborative Working; and an accredited [ISO 44001] BS 11000 Collaborative Business Relationships Facilitator.

Paul is best known in construction and housing as a facilitator of collaborative relationships and demonstration projects, member of numerous Constructing Excellence and Housing Forum Working Groups, and as a conference speaker, focussing on such topics as: collaborative business and project relationships, performance measurement and improvement, KPIs, benchmarking, regeneration and sustainability.  He is a member of ISO TC286, the international technical committee responsible for the development of the ISO 44001 family of requirements and guidance standards for collaborative business relationships.
