Greenwood Consultants Co Ltd was established in Bangkok, in 1995, with a mission to provide leading-edge management services to East Asian construction and service businesses and their projects.

We maintain a clear client focus, recognising that each organisation and each training or consultancy project is unique and requires a particular mix of knowledge and skills in order to deliver the agreed services and outcomes.

Our consultants are professionally qualified and experienced in such areas as: strategy and structure, project and construction management, business systems, supply chain management, assessment and auditing, and inspection and testing.
